Luna has a 15 minute tardiness policy. If you are running late to your appointment, please call to inform us. Should you arrive beyond 15 minutes later than your scheduled appointment, you may have to forfeit the entire appointment and cancellation fee may apply. 

If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations or missed appointments without 24 hour notice will result in a charge of part or all of the service amount.
