TARDINESS POLICY: Luna has a 15 minute tardiness policy. If you are running late to your appointment, please call to inform us. Should you arrive beyond 15 minutes later than your scheduled appointment, you may have to forfeit the entire appointment and cancellation fee may apply.
CANCELATION POLICY: Luna requires a 48 Hour notice in the event of cancellations. If 48 Hour notice is not provided, we will charge the credut card on file 50% of services reserved, this includes rescheduling on the day of the original reservation. No-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved services. Policies are subject to change.
